The Uraga district in Ethiopia is home to some of the highest grown coffee in Africa. This high elevation paired with the unique and highly regarded terroir of the Guji region provide this coffee with layers of subtleties. Definite floral notes up front are accompanied with a light fruity sweetness. We've found this coffee "opens up"  nicely over time- we like it best 1 week off the roast.
