Some of you may remember this one from last year. This crop of Laboyano is impressing again. We are getting notes of hibiscus and red apple with a toffee sweetness. A super solid coffee that we are excited to have back.
This is a top-of-the-line fully traceable group lot from Coffee Quest's station in Pitalito, always with a generous portion of Pink Bourbon inside. The name of this coffee comes from "El Valle de Laboyos", as the area around the city of Pitalito is called. The term Laboyano is the colloquial Spanish word to refer to people from this region. The name is a tribute to the hard work of the several dedicated Laboyanos who produce these high quality coffees.
