Another year, and another banger from this cooperative and mill. The high elevations in western Ethiopia and impeccable processing at the Nano Genji station produce some of the most complex and delicate coffees we bring in year after year. The Kata Muduga cooperative consists of over 620 producers, together their coffee is milled at the Nano Genji station and separated into lots based on flavor profile and quality. This Lot 5 is a great representation of a classic washed Ethiopian coffee, it's particularly citric with notes of mandarin, peach, and a chamomile tea-like finish.
