- 30% Nicaragua La Papagua (washed)
- 10% Ethiopia Shakisso (washed)
We have concocted this espresso blend with one main objective: FUNCTIONALITY. This is a house espresso blend true and through. The backbone of this blend is a heavy bodied naturally processed El Salvador bean with a stone fruit and dark chocolate savor. Rounding the blend out is a slightly more effulgent Peruvian bean that brings the perfect amount of tang and brightness to the shot. Pairs exceptionally with milk, but also offers the espresso lover layers of complexities straight up.
