The natural process brings a touch of pleasant, boozy fermentation, adding depth and richness without overpowering the sweetness. Roasted to a light-medium profile, this coffee is indulgent and structured. 

Un Regalo de Dios is a naturally processed Bourbon from Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, grown by renowned producer Luis Alberto Balladarez at Finca Un Regalo de Dios. Sitting high in the Dipilto–Jalapa mountain range at elevations up to 1,800 meters, this coffee benefits from cool temperatures, cloud cover, and incredibly fertile soils - ideal conditions for producing dense, expressive coffees.

Luis Alberto is no stranger to excellence, with multiple Cup of Excellence wins and top placements over the years. This marks our fifth year working with him, and his coffees continue to be some of the most exciting and consistently impressive lots we source each season.
