Regalo de Dios is a light roasted natural processed java varietal . It' a fruit-forward cup in which we get tropical notes on pineapple and guava with a caramel sweetness. 

Finca Un Regalo de Dios is Luis Alberto’s pride and joy. The farm is located in a lush pocket of forest protected on three sides by high mountains in the otherwise dry and piney area of Mozonte. The farm sits at a range of elevations from 1,350m at the "low" end, with lots as high as 1,800m at the top. In total, the farm is 179 acres, with around130 acres planted in coffee.

Java is another fun varietal with a unique oblong shape. The plant has a long history of cultivation. As indicated by the name, the variety was introduced to the island of Java directly from Ethiopia by the Dutch in the early 19th century. Java is a selection from an Ethiopian Landrace, which makes sense given the floral and fruit characteristics that usually are found in the cup.

Luis Alberto's operation is renowned for processing naturals. His naturals are always really clean and consistent. This is due to a meticulous and elaborate washing and drying system. Luis Alberto received 3rd place in the Cup of Excellence (COE) in 2023, 6th place in the COE in 2021, 1st place in 2020, 1st and 5th place in 2018, as well as 3rd and 13th place in 2017.... he is no stranger to producing exceptional coffees
